The Role: Secondary Geography Teacher (KS3-KS4)

We are looking for a Geography specialist who can:

  • Deliver engaging, inspiring and well‑structured Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Bring lessons to life with strong subject knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
  • Build a positive, inclusive and well‑managed learning environment
  • Support students of all abilities, including those with SEND
  • Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities and whole‑school initiatives
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and ambitious Humanities department

 

About You, The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
  • Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography
  • Confident, adaptable and proactive in the classroom
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire young people
  • A passion for helping every learner achieve their full potential
  • Ability to support students with SEN in a mainstream setting
