GCSE Science Teacher needed at WF7 Secondary School

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a Good rated 11-18 Secondary school in the WF7 area of Pontefract who are looking for a strong and dedicated GCSE Science Teacher to start from the 7th February on a long-term basis until the end of the academic year. This is a very exciting role where staff and students work inclusively to make sure all attainment in made.

Full time Science teacher role - Required from February half-term, long-term.

" Deliver GCSE Science across all 3 Science subjects

" Pay in line with MPS (Between £150 - £190 per day)

" Joint Planning and marking will be required

The school are excited to work with a highly motivated and enthusiastic applicant, who can further enhance the wide-ranging Science curriculum. You will also play a key role in helping to further develop an existing culture for engaging practical science, both in lessons and through extracurricular enrichment.

The school wish to appoint a Science teacher with:

** A track record of consistently good or outstanding teaching.

** The ability to encourage progress across all ability levels

** Excellent classroom management skills and an enthusiastic and driven approach towards teaching and learning

The school is a quick drive down the M62 with a short 5 minute drive from the motorway. With a later start time of 9am, this makes the morning commute that ever easier.
