Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Further Education Lecturers to work with colleges and training providers across the region.

We are looking for lecturers across a wide range of vocational and academic subjects, including:

FE offers the opportunity to use your industry knowledge and professional experience to inspire the next generation.
You could be teaching students studying qualifications from Level 3 upwards, including T Levels, A Levels, vocational diplomas, apprenticeships and higher-level qualifications.
You don't always need a degree or previous teaching experience. For many vocational subjects, relevant industry experience and a Level 3 qualification in your specialist area can provide a route into FE teaching, with teaching qualifications such as the Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (FE & Skills) available as you progress.
What we're looking for
We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

Experience working within their specialist subject or industry

A relevant Level 3 qualification or higher

A passion for supporting and developing young people or adult learners

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Previous teaching or training experience – desirable but not essential
-
A recognised teaching qualification such as a PGCE, CertEd or Level 5 Diploma – desirable, but not essential for all roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
