What do you need to succeed:
- Experience working within UK schools as a Teaching Assistant and/or Teaching Assitant qualification.
- Enhanced DBS certificate that is on the update service (or willingness to purchase this).
- A passion for education and particularly a passion for supporting children in a learning environment.
- Collaborative minded - the ability to work well within a team!
- Driving license and vehicle is desirable, but not essential!
What your new role entails:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, ensuring that individual learning needs are met.
- Support students in developing social and emotional skills, promoting a positive classroom environment.
- Feedback to both class teacher and parents on student outcomes.
