Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools
Location: Cambridgeshire (within a 5-mile travel radius)

Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint experienced and qualified Teaching Assistants to undertake full-time roles across a range of primary schools in Cambridgeshire. These positions require flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting pupils’ educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality support to class teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.

• Assist individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional learning needs.

• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.

• Contribute to pupil progress and classroom management in line with school policies.

• Travel to schools within a 5-mile radius on a regular basis.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and prior experience as a Teaching Assistant within primary education.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to different classroom settings.

• Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.

• Flexibility to travel between schools as required.
