Your Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers and pupils in the classroom.
• Deliver tailored interventions to help pupils achieve their potential.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
• Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of safeguarding principles.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are beneficial but not essential.
• Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
