Flexible Teaching Assistant – Wigan
 Supporting Ofsted Good and Outstanding Secondary Schools

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support a range of Ofsted-rated Good and Outstanding secondary schools across the Wigan area.
The role:
- 
Supporting students in and out of the classroom
 - 
Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom management
 - 
Providing one-to-one or small group support when needed
 - 
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
 
What we’re looking for:
- 
Experience working with young people (education, care, youth work, or similar)
 - 
Patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships
 - 
Confident supporting students with a range of needs and abilities
 - 
A team player with strong communication skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
