Flexible Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Wigan

Pay Rate: £105 - £140/day (Paid weekly via PAYE)

Your Role:
- Deliver prepared lessons to whole classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
- Provide cover for teacher PPA time and run small group or intervention sessions.
- Support class teachers in day-to-day activities and contribute to pupil progress.
- Build positive relationships with staff and students across multiple schools.
- Confidently adapt to new settings and maintain a consistent, professional approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- HLTA status or relevant experience delivering whole-class teaching.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and behaviour management abilities.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Experience working across primary key stages is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
