Flexible Cover Supervisor – Northamptonshire Schools

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive and productive learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects (no planning or marking required)

Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
-
Supporting students in their learning, encouraging engagement and participation
-
Providing feedback to teaching staff where appropriate

Locations:
We work with a wide range of secondary schools in Northampton, Kettering, Corby, Daventry, Wellingborough, Towcester, and surrounding areas. You choose when and where you’d like to work!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
