The Role:

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher and young learners in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality education and promote the holistic development of each child.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant or working with young children is beneficial, but not essential. A passion for early childhood education is highly valued.
• A caring and patient nature, with the ability to support young learners in their learning journey.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• A genuine interest in promoting early development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (Teaching Personnel can assist with this if needed).
• Level 2 qualification preferred.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
