Job description

This outstanding school is looking for an experienced and qualified EYFS practitioner to join their early years team. The school requires someone to eventually step up in to a room leader role- but would like to assess the suitability of candidates in the interim time before the current room leader leaves.

This initial period of employment will encompass the normal EYFS role- but will include further training and mentoring during the day to be conducted by senior leadership.

As such applicants will need to already have a strong background in early years education- and should be willing to take on the added responsibilities when required.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
