Job Title: EYFS Inclusion Support Worker

£83.95 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Provide support to children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) who require additional assistance with inclusion
- Work closely with teachers and parents to develop individualised support plans for children with diverse needs
- Implement strategies to promote inclusivity and support the social and emotional development of all children
- Monitor and assess the progress of children receiving support and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as SENCOs, to ensure the holistic development of children
Required Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or relevant field
- Enhanced DBS check
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies to support inclusion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- SEN qualification
- First Aid certification
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school setting during school hours. The EYFS Inclusion Support Worker may need to attend meetings outside of regular hours and collaborate with external agencies to support children's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
