Full-Time Teaching Assistant – Central Cambridge & Surrounding Areas
Are you a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with at least 1 year of UK-based school experience? We are working closely with a number of friendly and supportive primary schools across Cambridge and nearby areas who are seeking reliable TAs for full-time, long-term positions.
This opportunity is offered through Teaching Personnel, giving you access to consistent work, excellent support, and placements local to you.
The ideal candidate will:

Have at least 1 year of UK-based experience supporting children in a school setting

Be confident supporting pupils both 1:1 and in small groups

Have strong communication and behaviour management skills

Be patient, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children’s learning

Hold a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential – applicants without qualifications will still be considered)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
