English Teacher – Full-Time Position Commencing September

Location: Salford, Manchester

A well-regarded secondary school in Salford is seeking a dedicated and inspiring English Teacher to join the team on a full-time basis from September. Applications are warmly invited from both experienced educators and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to establish a strong foundation in their teaching career.

Role Overview

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Plan, mark and assess work in accordance with curriculum standards
  • Contribute actively to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
  • Create an inclusive, stimulating and supportive learning environment

Salary

  • £32,916 – £51,047 per annum (Main to Upper Pay Scale, dependent on experience)

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status
