About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and resilient English Teacher to join our dedicated team at a secondary school in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people who require a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Support students through tailored teaching strategies.
• Work collaboratively with pastoral and SEN teams to ensure holistic support.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and enrichment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
