We are currently supporting a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Dorchester with the recruitment of an English specialist to join their successful department on a full-time basis from September 2026.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspire students to develop confidence in both language and literature

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the department and wider school community

The school is seeking a teacher who:

• Holds UK QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Is enthusiastic, motivated, and committed to raising attainment
• Can build strong relationships with students and staff alike
