What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting Students
- Delivering 1:1 support to pupils with SEMH needs
- Leading small group interventions
- Helping students develop confidence, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Using positive, trauma-informed behaviour strategies
Making a Real Difference
- Building strong, trusting relationships
- Supporting students on both their best and toughest days
- Being a consistent, calm role model
Working as a Team
- Collaborating with teachers and pastoral staff
- Supporting personalised education and behaviour plans
- Tracking and reporting student progress

Who We’re Looking For
Graduates in: Psychology | Education | Criminology | Sociology | Youth Work | Health & Social Care | Sports (or similar)
You’ll bring:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
DBS: Required (we’ll support your application)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
