Teaching Personnel is working alongside a range of supportive schools and specialist provisions seeking enthusiastic Graduate Inclusion Support Assistants to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role
As a Graduate Inclusion Support Assistant, you'll support pupils who may face challenges accessing education due to emotional, behavioural, or mental health needs.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Supporting Individual Students
✅ Providing tailored one-to-one support for pupils requiring additional guidance
✅ Delivering small-group interventions focused on confidence, wellbeing, and engagement
✅ Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
✅ Encouraging participation in lessons and wider school activities
✅ Helping students develop social skills, self-esteem, and independence
Promoting Positive Outcomes
✅ Building strong and consistent professional relationships
✅ Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day
✅ Motivating pupils to achieve both academically and personally
✅ Supporting attendance, engagement, and classroom participation

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
