Primary Teachers Required – EYFS / KS1 / KS2

ASAP Start
£160–£250 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies)
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Croydon to recruit passionate Primary Teachers for immediate and upcoming roles. Our partner schools are committed to nurturing every child’s potential, placing well-being, inclusion, and high-quality teaching at the heart of everything they do.

The Role – Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons tailored to the needs of all learners

Creating a safe, supportive, and positive classroom environment
-
Building strong, professional relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents, and support staff
-
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing meaningful feedback to support learning
-
Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations through a nurturing approach
-
Contributing to the wider life of the school and engaging in ongoing professional development
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have experience teaching in a primary school setting
-
Are committed to inclusive practice and supporting pupils with a range of needs
-
Set high expectations while maintaining a calm, respectful classroom culture
-
Are reflective, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
-
Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
