Primary Teachers Required – EYFS / KS1 / KS2

ASAP Start
£160–£250 per day (paid via PAYE – no umbrella companies)
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across South East London to recruit passionate Primary Teachers for immediate and upcoming roles. These schools are committed to creating nurturing environments where every child is supported to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.
We are looking for teachers who share Teaching Personnel’s ethos of putting children first, building positive relationships, and delivering high-quality, inclusive education. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an ECT at the start of your career, we would love to hear from you.
The Role – Primary Teacher
As a Primary Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils’ learning, development, and well-being. Responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners
-
Creating a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment where pupils feel valued and confident
-
Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, parents, and support staff
-
Monitoring pupil progress and providing meaningful feedback to support continued development
-
Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations while supporting children’s emotional and social growth
-
Contributing to the wider life of the school and engaging in ongoing professional development
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for teachers who:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
-
Have experience teaching within a primary school setting
-
Are committed to inclusive practice and supporting pupils with a range of needs
-
Have high expectations and a positive, nurturing approach to behaviour and learning
-
Are reflective, motivated, and keen to develop professionally
-
Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
