EYFS Teacher – Darlington

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Create exciting, play‑based learning opportunities that spark curiosity
• Deliver high‑quality teaching following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
• Build a safe, caring and inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
• Monitor progress through observations and assessments
• Support children of all abilities, including those with SEND
• Work closely with support staff, parents and the wider school community
• Bring positivity, patience and passion to the very start of a child’s learning journey

What You’ll Need:
We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have recent EYFS classroom experience
• Know the EYFS curriculum inside‑out
• Hold an up‑to‑date Paediatric First Aid certificate (or be willing to update this prior to starting)
• Are creative, nurturing and confident in early years routines
• Communicate warmly and clearly with children, staff and families
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
• Are available to start as soon as possible
