At Teaching Personnel, we work closely with a range of lovely primary schools and nurseries across High Wycombe, and we’re on the lookout for qualified Early Years teachers who are ready to make a real difference.

The role

You’ll be working across EYFS settings, supporting young learners during their most important developmental years. Roles can include:

  • Nursery and Reception classes

  • Supporting children’s learning through play-based activities

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment

  • Working alongside supportive staff and leadership teams

What we’re looking for

  • A qualified Early Years Teacher (QTS / EYTS or equivalent)

  • Previous teaching experience in EYFS settings

  • A warm, patient, and creative approach to teaching

  • Someone flexible, reliable, and passionate about early education

Location

Primary schools and nurseries across High Wycombe and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
