What We’re Looking For:
✅ Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
✅ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework & safeguarding procedures
✅ Hands-on experience in an early years setting
✅ A genuine love for supporting children’s curiosity, creativity, and growth
Your Role Will Involve:
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for every child
- Supporting planned activities that spark imagination and development
- Observing, assessing, and planning next steps to help children thrive
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Promoting independence, confidence, and a love for learning every day
