Early Intervention Teacher – LA3

Start Date: September | Full-time | Term Time

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in the LA3 area to recruit an Early Intervention Teacher for a September start.

This role is ideal for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils who may face barriers to learning. You will deliver targeted interventions to individuals and small groups, supporting both academic progress and emotional development.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering structured early intervention sessions in core areas of learning
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and learning gaps
  • Monitoring progress and adapting support to meet individual needs
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
  • Creating a calm, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have experience with early intervention, SEND, or small‑group teaching
  • Are patient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
  • Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
