Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a local school to work with class teachers to assist them in supporting bilingual learners in raising attainment and social integration.
Bilingual Teaching Assistant - The Role:
- Provide interpretation for pupils and other ethnic minority parents as appropriate
- Work with a small group of EAL pupils on topics specified by the teacher, speaking English as necessary
- Carry out assessments and keep record of the students progress, providing feedback to parents and teachers
- Show initiative and enthusiasm and follow staff expectations

This role offers a brilliant opportunity to the successful candidate. If this particular role is not suitable for you we are constantly looking for a number of quality schools, including areas such as Heston, Isleworth, Chiswick, Hounslow West, Brentford and Southall. Teaching personnel offer excellent CPD and this type of role would support your future PGCE application.
Please note: Previous experience working in a school is beneficial but not necessary.
