Teaching Personnel are working closely with a number of schools across the County, Cornwall, that are in need of staffing support. If you are looking for a full or part time role that fits in with the flexibility of your current commitments.

We can offer:

The schools that we work with:

- Many of the behaviour provisions across the county, we support the schools to find dedicated staff members to join there team on a short term and long term basis.

- You could be working 1-2-1 with a pupil that needs some extra support

- You can be trained in Behaviour management and support

- You can gain experience across a number of settings until you find the right fit for you

Teaching Personnel have placed candidates with the following experience;

- Outdoor education instructors

- Youth or support workers

- Graduates

- Sports coaches

- Ex services

- Trained Teaching assistants that have previously worked with SEN or with additional behavioural needs

- Trained in promoting positive behaviour
