Full-Time Cover Supervisor – Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced and reliable Cover Supervisor to support schools across the UK on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone who has prior experience working in UK schools and is confident leading a class in the absence of the regular teacher.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Supervise classes and manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies
• Deliver lesson plans provided by the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain engaged and on task
• Support pupils’ learning, providing guidance and assistance where needed
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and classroom activities
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding pupil progress and any issues
• Promote a positive and safe learning environment at all times
Ideal Candidate Needs:
• Previous experience working in UK schools and leading a class is essential
• Confident, professional, and able to manage a classroom independently
• Can-do attitude, flexible and willing to work across a variety of school settings
• Driving licence and ability to travel is highly desired, but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
