As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning when regular teachers are absent. You’ll be supporting students, managing classroom behaviour, and helping maintain a positive learning environment — all while gaining insight into school life and building experience that will support your future teaching career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons when teachers are unavailable.
- Support students to stay focused and engaged with tasks.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations.
- Work across a variety of subjects and year groups.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff alike.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
