Pay: £92.63-£110 a day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools throughout the Newcastle area.

The Role

  • Supervising classes across a range of subjects using lesson plans provided by teaching staff
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Creating a positive and productive learning environment
  • Supporting students to complete assigned tasks and remain focused throughout lessons
  • Encouraging student participation and engagement
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and pupil behaviour
  • Building positive relationships with staff and students alike
