Cover Supervisor – KS3 & KS4 Teaching

Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Start Date: Immediate

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning for students aged 11–16 (KS3 & KS4) during teacher absences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre‑prepared lesson materials with confidence and clarity
  • Supporting positive behaviour in line with the school’s values and expectations
  • Creating a calm, focused and purposeful learning environment
  • Maintaining high standards of professionalism across all year groups
  • Gaining hands‑on experience supporting students with special educational needs, offering valuable insight to support your future career in education
