Teaching Personnel’s Sheffield branch is seeking confident Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Worksop. This is a great opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff looking for flexible or long-term work in supportive school settings.

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes during teacher absence across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task.

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.

• Maintain a positive and focused learning environment.

• Provide basic support and report back to teaching staff.

• Fulfil professional and safeguarding responsibilities.

About You
We are looking for a Cover Supervisor who:

• Has experience working with young people.

• Is confident managing classroom behaviour.

• Has strong communication and organisational skills.

• Is adaptable and reliable.

• Is committed to safeguarding and student welfare.

• Holds, or is willing to apply for, an enhanced DBS check.
