Contract: Day-to-Day / Short-Term Supply
Pay: £100–£120 per day (PAYE)

Are you confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping young people succeed? We’re looking for adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Wisbech, ensuring lessons run smoothly when teaching staff are absent.
This is an excellent role for anyone wanting to gain valuable classroom experience, develop strong behaviour‑management skills, or progress towards a future career in teaching. You’ll be working in welcoming, supportive schools that place a high value on positive relationships and high expectations.
Your Role
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and supervise classes
- Keep students engaged, focused, and on task
- Maintain a calm, positive learning environment
- Confidently cover a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4
- Be available for short‑notice cover and planned bookings
What We’re Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience working with young people (Cover Supervisor, TA, HLTA, Tutor, Mentor, Coach, Youth Worker, etc.)
- Can confidently manage groups of secondary-age students
- Stay calm, organised, and positive under pressure
- Are reliable, flexible, and enjoy variety
- Can travel to schools in Wisbech.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
