Are you confident, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people? We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join a thriving secondary school in Wisbech. Whether you’re an aspiring teacher, an experienced Cover Supervisor, or even a Fully Qualified Teacher seeking flexible supply work, this role offers the perfect opportunity to step into the classroom with confidence.

What You’ll Do

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task
  • Adapt confidently to a variety of subjects across KS3–KS4
  • Support learners in a positive and encouraging way
  • Be available for both pre-booked and same-day cover

What We’re Looking For

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience working with young people (Cover Supervisor / TA / Tutor / Sports Coach / Mentor)
  • Are confident managing classrooms independently
  • Are reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • Have a genuine desire to support secondary school students
  • Can commute easily to Wisbech and surrounding areas
