Are you a confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual with experience working with young people? We’re seeking motivated Cover Supervisors to support a welcoming and nurturing secondary school community in Wisbech — starting immediately!

Your Role
- Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lessons.
- Keep students focused, engaged, and motivated.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Adapt confidently across KS3 and KS4.
- Be available for short-notice and pre-booked cover.
What We’re Looking For
You're a great fit if you:
- Have experience working with young people (e.g., Cover Supervisor, HLTA, TA, Tutor, Coach).
- Are confident managing classrooms and supporting secondary-age learners.
- Are adaptable, reliable, and enjoy variety.
- Have a genuine passion for education.
- Can travel easily to schools in and around Wisbech.
