What You’ll Do
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Maintain classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task
- Adapt confidently to a variety of subjects across KS3–KS4
- Support learners in a positive and encouraging way
- Be available for both pre-booked and same-day cover
What We’re Looking For
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience working with young people (Cover Supervisor / TA / Tutor / Sports Coach / Mentor)
- Are confident managing classrooms independently
- Are reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable
- Have a genuine desire to support secondary school students
- Can commute easily to Wisbech and surrounding areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
