Cover Supervisor
Pay - £100 - £120 per day
Location – Swansea & West Wales
Hours – 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including English and Maths
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- EWC registration – or willingness to register
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable (Not Essential)
While not required, the following would be beneficial:
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- A degree or relevant qualification in education, childcare, or a subject specialism
- Teaching Assistant, Cover Supervisor, or youth work experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
