Location – Swansea & West Wales
Pay – £105 - £115 per day
Hours – 08:30-15:30 (NO WEEKENDS!)

Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the usual teacher
- Manage the classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Ensure students are engaged in the assigned tasks and provide support as needed
- Manage student behaviour in accordance with school policies
Qualifications
- GCSE (at least 5 C’s) must have English and Maths
- Level 2 certificate in Support Teaching and Learning (desired but not essential)
- Certificate of higher education (desired but not essential)
Requirements
- A passion for education and working with young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work across different subjects and year groups
- Previous experience working with children or within education is desired but not essential
