Cover Supervisor

Do you have a passion for Education? Are you an experienced coach? Are you already working in education? Or looking for the right place to get started?

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor in the Salisbury area. Whether you are already an experienced Cover Supervisor, or a Coach looking to switch it up, or even someone with the right personality and adaptability who wants to start their journey into education. This could be the opportunity for you! With a range of wonderful schools in the area, it is a unique opportunity to harness and develop your teaching skills within a range of different environments.

Responsibilities:

-          Deliver pre prepared work to the class

-          Maintain behaviour and task focus

-          Support students learning

-          Provide feedback to the class teacher

-          Ensure a safe and positive educational environment

The ideal candidate would:

-          Have a passion for education

-          Comfortable teaching a range of subjects

-          The ability to be adaptable and flexible

-          Have a calm and patient demeanour

-          Be able to build good repour with both staff and pupil

-          Enjoy a fast paced, and ever-changing environment

-          Have school based experience (Not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
