About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that learning continues smoothly and students remain engaged with pre-set work. You will play a key role in maintaining structure and continuity throughout the school day.
Key responsibilities include:

Supervising lessons across a variety of subject areas

Ensuring students complete work set by the class teacher

Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies

Promoting a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere

Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
