About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into the classroom in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring that learning continues smoothly and students remain engaged with pre-set work. You will play a key role in maintaining structure and continuity throughout the school day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising lessons across a variety of subject areas

• Ensuring students complete work set by the class teacher

• Upholding the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies

• Promoting a focused and respectful classroom atmosphere

• Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
