Cover Supervisor

Location: Runcorn
Full Time Role

Are you passionate about education and looking for a rewarding role in a secondary school setting? Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team and work across KS3–KS5 in Runcorn.

Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across the full secondary curriculum (KS3–KS5).
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Adapt learning activities to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.

Requirements

  • Previous experience delivering lessons in a secondary school setting.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Understanding of SEN and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
