Location: Newcastle
Salary: £90–£105 per day (paid weekly via PAYE)
Job Type: Flexible  (Part-time and Full-time available)
Start Date: January 2025

Are you a confident, motivated individual interested in teaching and gaining valuable school-based experience?
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in and around the Newcastle area.


What the Role Involves:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their classwork and encouraging engagement
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff


We’re Looking For Candidates Who Have:

• Previous experience in a school setting or other relevant youth/education experience
• The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and routines
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and responding to student concerns
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
