As a Cover Supervisor, you'll work in a vibrant and inclusive school environment, delivering pre-set lessons and supporting students in their learning. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.

• Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe, respectful learning environment.

• Support students by addressing their questions and encouraging participation.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson delivery.

• Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to wider school activities.

• Provide feedback to teachers on student engagement and lesson outcomes.

Requirements:

• A degree in any subject.

• Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in managing a classroom and upholding behavioural expectations.

• Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
