You’ll be working across SEN schools and specialist provisions, supporting pupils who may:

• Have diagnosed needs such as autism (ASC), ADHD, or learning difficulties
• Require tailored support to access the curriculum
• Need assistance with communication, social skills, and engagement
• Benefit from structured, consistent, and supportive learning environments

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising pre-set lessons and supporting pupils to engage
• Adapting your approach to meet individual learning needs
• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Working alongside SEN teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Creating a calm, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
