Teaching Personnel
Working in partnership with Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust

Are you looking to gain invaluable classroom experience, support young people, and begin or develop a career in education? Teaching Personnel is proud to be the preferred staffing partner for the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, and we are currently seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across their schools in the Lincoln area.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, support staff, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking for flexible, rewarding work in education.


Role Overview

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the class teacher
  • Maintain a positive, focused learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Support pupils with their learning and answer questions where appropriate
  • Adapt to different subjects and year groups as needed
  • Provide short-term or long-term cover across OLoL MAT schools in Lincoln

You do not need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for this role.

You will be working across Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust schools in and around Lincoln. These schools offer:

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are:

  • Confident, resilient, and able to lead a classroom
  • Passionate about helping young people succeed
  • Reliable and flexible, with excellent communication skills
  • Experienced with young people (education, youth work, coaching, tutoring, Scouts/Guides, sports leadership etc.)
  • Looking for part-time, full-time, day-to-day, or long-term work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
