Cover Supervisors – Join Our Supply Agency (Lincoln)

Location: Lincoln & surrounding areas
Roles Available: Day-to-Day Supply | Short-Term | Long-Term
Pay: £90–£130 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor or a confident graduate looking to gain classroom experience in Lincoln?
We are recruiting reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join our education supply agency, supporting secondary schools across Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area.

This role is ideal if you’re looking for flexible work, valuable school-based experience, or a pathway into teacher training or long-term education roles.

The Role:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absence
  • Delivering pre-set work and ensuring students remain on task
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
  • Adapting quickly to different schools and environments

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
  • Strong classroom presence and behaviour management skills
  • Confident, professional, and flexible approach
  • Degree or education-related background advantageous (but not essential)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
