What you'll be doing:
- Supervising classes and delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Supporting the continuation of learning in a teacher's absence
- Building familiarity with Durham schools and staff over time
We're looking for:
- Graduates in any discipline, or individuals with existing experience in a school or supervisory setting
- Confidence managing a room and keeping students on task
- A reliable, professional approach
- Strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
