Cover Supervisors are a vital part of how schools operate, and the demand for reliable, capable individuals across Durham is consistent. • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Supporting the continuation of learning in a teacher's absence
  • Building familiarity with Durham schools and staff over time

We're looking for:

  • Graduates in any discipline, or individuals with existing experience in a school or supervisory setting
  • Confidence managing a room and keeping students on task
  • A reliable, professional approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

What Teaching Personnel offers:

  • Competitive daily rates
  • Weekly pay via PAYE
  • Flexible working — day-to-day or long-term, your choice
  • Dedicated consultant support
  • Free CPD and training
  • A pathway into teaching assistant or teaching roles for those looking to progress

Contract: Day-to-day & long-term | Start: ASAP | Location: Durham secondary schools
