Are you confident managing a classroom and supporting students to stay focused and engaged in their learning?
We’re looking for reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors in Bristol to work across secondary school settings. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible supply work, with the opportunity to progress into long-term or permanent roles.
✅ The Role:

Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff
-
Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
-
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
-
Support students with their learning and respond to questions where appropriate
-
Take accurate registers and report any issues to teaching staff
-
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive learning environment
-
Work across a variety of subjects and year groups at KS3 and KS4
-
Gain experience across different school settings through flexible placements

Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based preferred)

Enhanced Child-Only DBS (or willingness to apply)
