Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools
Bournemouth | Flexible Work | Excellent Daily Rates

This is an ideal opportunity for aspiring teachers who are confident leading a classroom and looking to gain invaluable school-based experience — without the pressure of lesson planning.

The Role:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Leading the classroom in the teacher’s absence

  • Managing behaviour and ensuring students remain on task

  • Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson

No planning required – your role is to confidently deliver the work provided and maintain a positive learning environment.

We Are Looking For Individuals Who:

  • Have experience working with children, such as:

    • Teaching Assistants (school, nursery or other education settings)

    • Childminders

    • Sports coaches

    • Youth workers

    • Support workers or similar roles

  • Are potentially aspiring teachers looking to gain classroom experience

  • Feel confident leading a class independently

  • Have strong behaviour management and communication skills

  • Are adaptable and professional

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
