Rate of Pay: From £14.25 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to support the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will oversee groups, ensure activities run effectively, and maintain a positive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise groups and ensure work or activities are carried out as planned
- Provide instruction based on pre-prepared materials or guidance
- Maintain a safe, organised, and productive environment
- Manage behaviour and address any issues appropriately
- Report outcomes, progress, or concerns to the relevant team members
- Support general operational or administrative tasks where required

We are seeking someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident managing groups in a professional setting
- Can stay calm under pressure and make decisions independently
- Is organised, flexible, and dependable
- Has experience working with young people or groups (desirable but not essential)
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
