Are you passionate about working with young people and looking to begin or continue a career in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking reliable, confident and motivated Cover Supervisors to support a number of local secondary schools in the Blackburn area.
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the teacher
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support pupils with their learning and provide feedback to teaching staff
- Build strong relationships with students and school teams
This role is ideal for:

- Strong communication and behaviour management skills

- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one through Teaching Personnel)
