Already working with another education agency? Why not maximise your opportunities for the next academic year?

If you're an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work that genuinely fits around your availability, we'd love to welcome you to SupplyBank!

We work in partnership with a number of exclusive Multi-Academy Trusts and secondary schools across the West Midlands, meaning our candidates have access to opportunities that aren't always available through other agencies. What You'll Need

We're looking for candidates who can confidently step into secondary school classrooms and maintain a positive learning environment.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role.
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • Confidence supervising classes independently using pre-planned lessons.
  • Excellent communication and professionalism.
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work.

Who Is This Role Perfect For?

This opportunity is ideal if you:

  • Already undertake supply work but would like access to more schools.
  • Want flexible work around family, study or other commitments.
  • Are looking to increase your weekly bookings without committing to a permanent role.
  • Enjoy the variety that day-to-day supply offers.

Joining SupplyBank doesn't mean giving up your flexibility—it simply gives you access to more opportunities with trusted schools across the region.

If you're an experienced Cover Supervisor ready to make the most of your availability, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and discover how our exclusive school partnerships can help keep your diary full—on your terms.
