We're looking for experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team for flexible, day-to-day supply work across local secondary schools. Whether you're balancing family commitments, studying, semi-retired, or simply prefer the flexibility of choosing when you work, this role offers the freedom to work on the days that suit you!

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task. This is an ideal opportunity for confident individuals who enjoy working with young people and are seeking a flexible role within education.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Ensuring students complete the work set by the teacher.
• Providing feedback to school staff following lessons.
• Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom environments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
